ALIPURDUAR SP MET WITH ROAD ACCIDENT AT MALBAZAR

Webdesk, TNI Malbazar, 9th August, 2015: Avaru Rabindran, the Police Super of Alipurduar met with an accident yesterday. The accident occurred near Chalsa in Dooars. However, the Police Super escaped with minor injuries. He has been taken to Chalsa Mangalbari Block Health Centre for treatment. Local sources say that he was returning from Siliguri to Alipurduar at that time near Chalsa on NH 31 a pickup van rammed his vehicle from the back. The police super were injured in his chest and head. After getting the news the police from Meteli Police Station and Malbazar SDPO reached the spot. However, the injuries of Mr. Rabindran was minor, according to the sources.
